Life-fficient is about life efficiency, living a better life through effectiveness and proficiency.
In other words, getting the most out of the resources at your disposal. Does that sound complicated or dry? It doesn't have to be either.
A little bit of organization, a few new ideas, and some hope can take you places you've only dreamed.
About Me
Take me, for example. Ten years ago, I was unemployed and living in my parents' basement. Literally. My career was D.O.A. and I had nothing but a pile of debt to fall back on. Things weren't looking so great.
Take me, for example. Ten years ago, I was unemployed and living in my parents' basement. Literally. My career was D.O.A. and I had nothing but a pile of debt to fall back on. Things weren't looking so great.
Now, I'm nearly debt free. I've paid off my college expenses and my car, earned a Master's degree, and have a wonderful home that will be paid-in-full in just a few years. In the meantime, I've gone to Europe (from the United States), taken regular vacations, met people, and had experiences I'd never have considered before.
But I'm not telling you this for sympathy, or to preach my own greatness. Neither of us wants any of that. I'm certainly not the most successful or smartest human alive. I'm telling you because I know how it is. I've been there, and learned a few things along the way. The first of which is . . .
You can turn it around, just like I did.
Life-fficient provides a source of inspiration and useful tips to help you become a happier, more productive and efficient person. Topics range from minimalism to success, happiness to the status quo. Take the best business principles and scientific knowledge available, and apply it to your life.
Through efficiency and shared knowledge, we can side-step the mistakes of our forefathers. We do not have to live the same predictable, cookie-cutter lives that they did. We can change the rules. We can progress.
Read a few posts. If you hate them, that's okay. You don't have to return. If, on the other hand, you like them, then we can build something. Return often, tell a friend, and maybe we can better living for everyone.
Thanks. I hope you'll return.
